Our establishment has received the SECURE LODGING hallmark from the CEHAT (Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Lodgings).
We have implemented our anti-Covid Protocol, including the update of the cleaning and cleanliness processes.
- Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available for the guests. We beg you to use them.
- Our wide common zones have been redesigned, in order to accurate to the new regulations in force.
- The reception area is provided with screens or physical barriers and horizontal signage, to guarantee that physical distancing rules are followed during the check-in, the check-out and other processes.
- Cashless payment is also available and we beg you to take advantage of it.
- Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines, following The Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality´s (ICTE) instructions.
- We use cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our linen has the ELIS GROUP Certificate of Hygiene, including high temperature cleaning.
- All the keys will be sanitized before using.
- All the mini bars are empty. They could be filled under petition.
- We have removed carpets, decorative objects and papers from the rooms.
- We maximize the air circulation time in the rooms.
- The pedal bins ins the rooms have plastic bags.
- All the blankets and pillows of the wardrobe are protected.
- The cleaning service either the maintenance service in the rooms will be done when the guest is not inside.
